Today TerraScrub officially launches the T-3000 Series—the most advanced line of commercial floor scrubbers in the company's history. The new machines combine AI-powered soil detection, precision battery management, and an intuitive interface that makes operator training almost unnecessary.
The flagship feature of the T-3000 Series is its proprietary ClearView AI system. Using a array of optical sensors, the system continuously scans the floor ahead of the machine, analyzing soil composition, grease concentration, and debris density in real time. The machine then adjusts its cleaning approach automatically—increasing water flow for oily areas, slowing down for heavily soiled spots, and using minimal resources where floors are already clean.
"ClearView is like giving the machine eyes and a brain," explains Dr. Amanda Liu, TerraScrub's head of product development. "Traditional scrubbers clean the same way everywhere, wasting resources on clean areas and sometimes missing dirty ones. The T-3000 is intelligent—it knows the difference."
The system can detect and respond to over 200 different soil types, from simple dust to industrial coolant residue to sticky food matter.
In beta tests conducted over six months across 12 facilities, the T-3000 delivered average water savings of 42% compared to previous-generation machines. Chemical usage dropped 38%. And cleaning time decreased by an average of 27% due to more efficient route planning.
Perhaps more impressive: facilities that deployed T-3000 units reported a 94% consistency in cleaning quality across different operators. "With traditional machines, cleaning quality varied a lot depending on who was operating it," notes Liu. "The T-3000 compensates for operator variability—it's hard to do a bad job with this machine."
The T-3000 also features TerraScrub's new FleetSync connectivity platform, which provides real-time performance data, predictive maintenance alerts, and usage analytics across entire machine fleets.
The T-3000 Series launches today in three configurations: the T-3000T (standard model), the T-3000X (extended runtime with larger battery), and the T-3000R (ruggedized for outdoor and heavy industrial use).
Pricing starts at $24,500 for the T-3000T, with leasing options available through TerraScrub's partner financing program. Existing TerraScrub customers can trade in older models for credit toward a new T-3000.
"We know this is a significant investment," says Marcus Chen, TerraScrub's VP of Sales. "But the ROI data from our beta sites is compelling. Most customers see payback within 18 months through combined labor, water, and chemical savings."
